Job Scopes & Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for coordination of controlled documentation within the Sales Dept. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare reports and documents for monthly review \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform administrative task including preparing letters, filling, retrieving documents and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain proper filing systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager when required and/or deemed necessary Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management.
