CircleDNA is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst with solid analytical and problem-solving skills, a self-starter and independent thinker, and a passion for taking part in driving impactful business. Responsibilities Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide strategic guidance to the CircleDNA team, covering diverse areas such as B2B business expansion and product enhancement opportunities. Effectively synthesize and present insightful findings and recommendations verbally in group meetings, typically via PowerPoint presentations. Develop compelling content for CircleDNA\'s business development initiatives, including partnership pitches and operational guides, ensuring consistently high quality and effectiveness Efficiently support routine sales operations, including tasks such as managing sales orders and documenting meeting minutes, to optimize business efficiency Demonstrate versatility and problem-solving acumen by promptly addressing urgent matters and undertaking any other responsibilities as required. Requirements 1+ year B2B growth and sales operation experience in a startup or known brand Previous experience in consulting/startup related companies Ability to speak and write English fluently Previous experience in consulting/startup related companies Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word Strategic and independent thinker who is highly analytical in identifying key problems to solve You have a strong growth mindset and do not settle for the status quo but instead bring high levels of creativity and innovation to solutions you propose Success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes Excellent project management and organizational skills and detail-minded, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a challenging environment Work collaboratively with people at all levels and across functions and cultures Strong interest in the technology/healthcare/start-up space Benefits Our DNA is P-R-E-N-E-T-I-C-S.
