• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of working experience in retail operations, preferably in kitchenware or home goods.
• Familiar with retail KPIs, budgeting, stock control, and customer service standards.
• Basic computer skills and experience in Excel.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.

• Manage the marketing of several global houseware brands.
• Oversee daily operations across outlets and ensure shops are clean, well-maintained, and follow brand standards.
• Conduct regular store inspections, resolve issues, and coordinate product displays for campaigns.
• Monitor shop safety, tenancy compliance, and identify areas for operational improvement or expansion.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and staff training to ensure sufficient manpower.
• Monitor staff work hours, foster teamwork, and conduct briefings on updates and promotions.
• Evaluate staff performance, give feedback, and arrange training to improve service quality.
