Conduct regular store inspections, resolve issues, and coordinate product displays for campaigns.
Monitor shop safety, tenancy compliance, and identify areas for operational improvement or expansion.
Manage staffing, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and staff training to ensure sufficient manpower.
Monitor staff work hours, foster teamwork, and conduct briefings on updates and promotions.
Evaluate staff performance, give feedback, and arrange training to improve service quality.
