The Sales Operations Associate will provide support to the APAC Senior Sales Operations Analysts, handling administrative and analytical functions. Including the following but not limited to :

• Ensure timely submission of POS, Backlog and Inventory submissions from distributors into E2Open.

• Review and Identify discrepancies in distributor reports and work with Channel Team Sales Rep. and cross functional teams for resolution.

• Handle data reconciliation between E2open, SFDC, etc. systems.

• Support shipment escalations requests with Supply Chain.

• Identify deficiencies and areas for improvement and redesign.

• Apply statistical analysis and ad-hoc reporting help.

• Manage related tasks e.g. SFDC Hygiene follow-up, Deal Reg and CSS opportunity review and update, duplication Management, Framework Agreement etc.

• Process Distributor and Partner onboarding and offboarding and follow up with related parties.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in management information systems, business, data management, operations research, or related field.

• 2 to 6 years\' experience in an operations analyst role, or in a related position.

• Understanding of Quote to Cash and POS is preferred.

• Able to analyze complex data sets using a variety of software and tools.

• Attention to details and able to handle multi tasks.

• Goal-oriented, organized team player.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management.

• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint (BI portal, strong excel, pivot table) and . \
