ourteam is looking for a

Sales Operations & Automation Intern

to join us.
This isn't a typical ops role, you'll be at the frontlines of building scalable sales processes using AI and automation tools, working directly with the founder and sales leadership team.

What You'll Do

Support end-to-end sales operations including CRM management, lead enrichment, and pipeline tracking Build and maintain AI-powered automations for outreach, scheduling, and reporting Integrate tools across CRM, email, LinkedIn, and dashboards (HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier, n8n, etc.) Analyze funnel performance and recommend automation to boost conversion rates Assist with reporting for weekly sales reviews with leadership Research and test new AI tools to improve efficiency in sales and revenue ops

What We're Looking For

Interest in sales operations, revenue ops, and AI automation Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Bonus if you know APIs, Zapier/n8n, Python, or JavaScript Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills Curious, resourceful, and comfortable experimenting with new AI tools Currently pursuing a degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field
