Our portfolio of products, solutions, software, and services ranges from PCs and smartphones to smart collaboration and augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) solutions.Role SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Operations Senior Manager to lead and develop a global team of five to six. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales efficiency and performance by overseeing critical operations, data analysis, and strategic reporting.You Will

• Manage and lead a global team of five(5) to six(6) members.
• Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing sales operations team with members located across all geographies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across different geographical regions and lead various monthly performance reviews, assessing forecast reliability and accuracy.
• Identify and analyze significant business performance trends and key findings.
• Conduct deep-dive studies to explore performance issues and uncover growth opportunities.
• Synthesize data and information to pinpoint business opportunities and risks.
• Proactively analyze pipeline and win-loss data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
• Provide business management support (BMS) to key stakeholders, ensuring their operational needs are met.

You Bring

• A bachelor\'s degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing and leading global teams of at least 3-5 members.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographical regions and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Adaptability to manage ambiguity, changing business requirements and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
• Ability to translate complex business questions into clear, data-supported answers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Mandarin language fluency can be an advantage.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software.
