Job Description

Summary of the Position:



The sales order administrator provides important functions for the sales team, customers and business. They make significant contribution to improve company efficiency, provide satisfactory customer experiences and elevate the process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



Receiving and key in customer order into ERP system on timely manner and ensure the information is correct. Check customer payment status, if there is any overdue payment for respective accounts, the customer order shall hold until the payment is settled, unless there is a special approval via email from authorise party. Manage customer's special requirement (urgent delivery, special request, etc) by coordinate with operations team to ensure the order is proceeds according to both parties agreed arrangement. Generate the shipment according to customer requested plan date and pickup schedule. Prepare the invoice and apply COO if customer requested. Place shipment booking with correct forwarding agent to schedule the shipment pickup. Ensure orders are delivered with proper documents, e.g. invoice, AWB, COO Acknowledge customer for shipment delivery by email and attached with customer needed documents. Work closely with operations team to ensure customer order is fulfil on time. Updates databases for customer requirement (inspection report, marking and labelling format, etc) Maintain competent understanding of company's product, their functions and alternatives. Handle sales return, credit note and debit notes. Provides support to sales team in handling customer-related issues whenever are needed.

Required Competencies:



MS Office skills (Word, Excel) Team player, able to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization Good problem-solving skills Able to prioritise multitask, customer oriented with good communication and good interpersonal skills

Qualification and Experience:



Candidate must possess at least a diploma. Studies/administration/management, marketing or equivalent. Ability to read and speak Mandarin is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
