Sales Outreach Executive

to support business growth in both markets through strategic outbound efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, independent, and results-driven--capable of managing outbound client outreach using modern digital tools and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up calls with leads in SG and MY Send personalized cold emails and manage outreach sequences using CRM tools (GoHighLevel or similar) Research and generate qualified leads across relevant industry sectors Track leads and appointments through CRM systems and outreach pipelines Set appointments for the Sales team or assist in closing if capable

Ideal Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) Independent, proactive, and self-motivated Familiar with CRM and lead-gen tools such as GoHighLevel, Lemlist, or Apollo Experience in digital marketing, sales, or B2B outreach preferred Capable of handling both structured scripts and adaptive conversations Highly organized and responsive in a remote work environment
Compensation

Base Pay + Performance Incentives

(Commission of 2%-8% on deals)*
