We are seeking an energetic and results?driven Salesperson to proactively generate leads, build lasting client relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets through exceptional communication and persuasive presentation of our services.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential new clients :
Conduct networking.
2. Client Relationships & Account Management :
Build trust-based relationships and maintain ties with existing customers.
Serve as the main point of contact before, during, and after projects.
3. Needs Analysis & Product Recommendations
Learn clients' requirements and suggest suitable building materials, machinery, or services.
4. Closing & Contract Management
Finalize agreements, secure signatures, improve profit margins.
Coordinate deliverables and follow up support.
5. Strong communication, relationship-building abilities, and excellent organizational.
6. Seeking a dependable individual who can drive to multiple locations & own transportation is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
