1. COMMISSION
Sales staff will be entitled to a 5% commission on every completed sale, based on the final invoice amount

2. Customer Consultation
Attend to walk-in, WhatsApp, or online inquiries professionally
Understand customer needs, space, budget, and preferences
Recommend suitable furniture designs, materials, and concepts
3. Custom Order Handling
Explain customization options (material, size, color, layout, etc.)
Take accurate measurements or arrange for site visits when needed
Coordinate with the design/production team to confirm feasibility and pricing
4. Quotation & Sales Order
Prepare and present quotations to clients clearly
Negotiate pricing within company guidelines
Confirm orders with clear documentation (design, material, measurements)
5. Project Coordination
Liaise with the design, factory, and installer teams for production updates
Monitor production progress and delivery timeline
Update customers regularly on the status of their orders
6. Payment Collection & Documentation
Collect deposits and follow up on balance payments
Issue official receipts, invoices, and agreements
Ensure proper filing of order forms, receipts, and related documents
7. Product Knowledge & Upselling
Stay updated with furniture trends, materials, and technical details
Promote package deals, upgrades, and add-on items (e.g. soft-close hinges, LED lighting)
Advise clients on maintenance and care of furniture
8. After-Sales Service
Follow up with customers after delivery and installation
Coordinate with the service team for any defect or touch-up issues
Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
9. Reporting & Targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Submit sales reports and customer feedback to management
Participate in sales meetings and product training
10. Showroom & Sample Maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized showroom with updated displays
Keep material/sample boards neat and presentable
11. Team Collaboration
Work closely with designers, admin, production, and installation teams
Support showroom activities (walk-ins, promotions, events)
Assist in preparing marketing content or social media if required
12. TRANSPOT
Salesperson is required to have a car for transporting to distribute flyers samples and materials, as well as for visiting both showroom and customer sites. Car oil/fuel expenses can be claimed on a weekly basis
