Responsibilities
Generate and develop sales to meet assigned monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Plan and execute promotions and trade marketing activities at outlets to achieve trade excellence.
Service designated stores regularly; ensure product availability, negotiate shelf space and handle debts/collections where necessary.
Identify and open new outlets; respond to sales enquiries and provide product training to retail staff.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent; at least two years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or cosmetics industry.
Strong management skills for key modern and general trade outlets.
Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build long-term relationships with retail partners.
Ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of Chinese or other dialects is an advantage.
Familiarity with sales force automation (SFA) tools and possession of own transport is a must.
