Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
Own transportation with valid driving license (travel required within sales coverage areas).
Sales experience in related industries (cleaning equipment, facility solutions, or B2B sales) is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Manage and qualify leads generated from social media, inbound calls, and other channels.
Provide consultation to potential clients, identify their needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations (onsite or virtual) when required.
Follow up consistently with prospects from initial contact until closing and delivery of products.
Promote and sell company products (floor mats, window cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning solutions) to both new and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up on customer inquiries.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI set by management.
Stay updated with product knowledge through company-provided training.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
