Kelayakan

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in technical sales within the lift/elevator industry.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of lift/elevator systems, components, and maintenance processes.
• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• In-depth product knowledge of various lift models, features, and applications.
• Ability to perform market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
• Willing to work onsite in Petaling Jaya and travel when required.

Tanggungjawab

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share within the lift/elevator industry.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with building owners, property managers, and contractors to generate sales opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential business growth areas.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations that clearly communicate the company's value proposition.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide accurate product specifications, installation details, and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database, including contact details, purchase history, and communication records.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports with insights on sales trends and challenges.
• Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory updates related to lift systems and maintenance.
