Job Summary This position is requires to plan and execute strategies for reaching company\'s sales goals by performing market research and analytics, preparing and presenting proposals, as well as monitoring the result of the strategies. Job Responsibilities To propose and implement strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales by reaching to the target customer base. To plan and execute the sales incentives program and propose revisions on timely basis in order to ensure effective execution of the incentive program. To conduct market research by collecting data and intelligence and analyze the information accordingly to serve as the fundamental for the sales strategy planning. To propose, plan and monitor for the car flow in order to ensure sufficient supply to support for the car sales and healthy stock level. To prepare and submit management reports on timely basis. Any ad-hoc tasks or duties that assigned by the management. Qualification Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree of business/marketing or any related fields. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing functions. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business planning functions. Experience in Automotive industry will be added advantage. Good interpersonal, communication skills and willingness to take on new assignments. High level of integrity and confidentiality. High computer proficiency and good command in Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
