Job Description
The role of Sales Assistant is to be overall responsible for the day-to-day business in the store and ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved playing an active role on the sale floor. The sales associates are to perform their given tasks in accordance with MAGlifestyle requirements.
- At least a SPM.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- The staff will be located at Pavillion Bukit Jalil or The Gardens Mall
- Ensure the store achieve the daily, weekly and monthly sales target.
- Prefer Female
- Advise customers on trend of ladies\' wear
- Able to make good recommendations of MAG\'s products to customers and will learn how to mix and match.
- Advice customers on fitting.
- Provide assistance to the customers in most friendly manners in every way.
- Monitor stock and ensure optimal inventory.
- Handle visual merchandise display and assist in window change
- Stock replenishment
- Keep track of all ins and outs of inventory including sales, transfers, returns
