Proactively approach customers to introduce and promote electrical appliances.
Demonstrate product features and usage clearly and confidently.
Explain product benefits, pricing, and promotions to support customer decision-making.
Highlight key selling points and offer comparisons with other models when needed.
2. Sales Achievement
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Convert customer interest into successful sales.
Promote bundle deals, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
3. Customer Service
Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service at all times.
Assist customers in selecting the right product based on their needs.
Handle customer questions and basic product troubleshooting.
Collect customer feedback and share it with the supervisor/management.
4. Product Display & Merchandising
Ensure product displays are attractive, clean, and well-organized.
Maintain demo units and ensure they are functional at all times.
Check stock levels and notify the team when replenishment is needed.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily sales reports and activity updates.
Inform management of customer issues, product defects, or competitor activities.
Support marketing activities such as roadshows, pop-up events, and sampling sessions.
