Deliver high-quality customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and product selections.
Handle payment transactions accurately and ensure smooth checkout operations.
Maintain proper stock levels and ensure all merchandise is well displayed and organized.
Support daily store operations, including merchandising, replenishment, and housekeeping.
Promote store promotions, membership programs, and special offers to customers.
Provide accurate information regarding product pricing, features, and availability.
Attend to customer feedback or escalate issues to the management team when necessary.
