Job Description

Greet and assist customers, answer their inquiries, and provide product information. Offer recommendations and suggestions based on customer preferences and dietary requirements. Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Using system to complete transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts. Maintain an organized and appealing display of food and beverage products. Arrange merchandise, monitor stock levels, and restock shelves as necessary to ensure product availability. Handle food and beverages with care, following hygiene and safety standards. Prepare simple food items, such as sandwiches or coffee, ensuring quality and freshness. Assist with inventory management tasks, such as conducting stock counts, monitoring expiration dates, and reporting any discrepancies or shortages to supervisors. Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, or special offers. Engage in suggestive selling techniques to increase sales and promote additional products. Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and deliver excellent customer service. Adhere to food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies. Follow proper procedures for handling cash, maintaining cleanliness, and storing products.
