Job Description
Job Responsibility To assist in attend customer and close sales/follow up on sales, provide before and after sales services. Maintain good relationship with customers and handle customers\' requests and enquiries. Responsible for customers enquiry, to ensure customer request, feedback & complaints are logged and resolved on time. Participate on behalf of the company in event or workshop. To undertake any task or assignment as may be assigned to you by your immediate superior or management from time-to- time. Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales target. Job Requirements Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia Candidates must possess at least SPM and above At least 2 years of working experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred Fresh graduate are welcome to apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills MUST be able to work on shift duties, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays Able to Start work IMMEDIATELY will be added advantage Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines Job Benifits EPF / SOCSO / EIS With Commission Would Easily Reach RM5000 and Above Monthly Small Rewards 14 days Annual Leave Medical Leave Transportation Allowance Medical Allowance Education Support Year End Bonus Annual Company Trip Team Gathering
