Job Responsibilities

Greet and approach guests in a friendly and professional manner. Promote and explain souvenir photo products, packages, and merchandise. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing their preferred photos or photo gifts. Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/transactions accurately. Support the imaging process (green screen, themed photography, printing, and framing). Maintain product displays, merchandise presentation, and cleanliness of the sales area. Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling and promotions. Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, feedback, and requests. Prepare daily sales reports and assist in stock/inventory management.
Job Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in

sales / customer service / retail / promoter roles

will be an advantage. Friendly personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven, confident, and able to approach customers proactively. Willing to work

rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays

. Able to stand for long working hours in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS system preferred.
