Prior experience in sales, customer service, or as a promoter is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
Must be able to handle physical tasks, such as setting up the booth/store.
Holding a valid Typhoid vaccination certificate is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Manage and operate booth or pop-up store around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor areas.
Engage with customers to promote and sell products.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure proper display of products and maintain booth/store cleanliness and organization.
Track sales and handle payment transactions accurately.
Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing displays as needed.
Participate in promotional events and activities to maximize sales opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on customer interactions and product performance.
