Job Responsibility Brainstorm and execute marketing ideas and promotions for ecommerce websites. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative event promotion ideas. Plan and organize events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Develop event marketing strategies and materials. Utilize various marketing channels to promote events. Manage social media ads and optimize campaigns. Shoot, edit, and post expressive product videos and skits on social media platforms. Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for event sponsorships and collaborations. Collaborate with clinics, hospitals, and confinement centers for ground marketing initiatives. Receive and follow up on customer inquiries. Maintain effective external and internal communication. Assist in operations as and when required by management. Handle backend operations of ecommerce platforms. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for event execution. Handle customer inquiries and provide satisfactory resolutions. Report marketing activities and results regularly. Update management on sales and marketing activities. Undertake other ad-hoc corporate assignments as required.
