- Achieve sales and market share targets
- Ensure effective management of 'pull' programs at farm level in accordance with channel management strategy
- Implement sales campaigns
- Develop lead farmer network to support for sales
- Conduct trials and commercial demos
- Implement customer incentive plans
- Syngenta products and key competitor products
- Crops and agronomy knowledge
- Customers / Channels in Highland region
- Experience of the agri-business sector in, Sales and Marketing
- Experience in Sales, campaign development and management.
- Working relationship with above country organization
- Only open for Vietnamese local candidate.
- Region: Da Lat
