Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer questions.
2. Sales Performance
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Convert customer interest into successful purchases.
Promote new arrivals, seasonal deals, and bundle offers.
3. Customer Service
Provide friendly, professional customer support.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Handle basic product inquiries and after-sales guidance.
Escalate customer complaints or technical issues when needed.
4. Merchandising & Display Maintenance
Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and well-maintained.
Keep demo units clean, functional, and ready to use.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supervisors for replenishment.
5. Reporting & Communication
Prepare daily sales reports and customer feedback updates.
Report product defects, common customer concerns, or competitor activities.
Support store events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns when required.
