Job Responsibilities:

• To perform show tickets and related promotion;
• To manage daily operation which includes :-

• To manage venue\'s inventory and replenish accordingly.
• Liase with engineering for R&M.
• Queue line management and crowd control.
• To assist in venue preparation, seating arrangement and ushering work.
• Assist in ticketing administration works, trouble shoot transactions error and handle customer enquiries/complaints.
• To handle daily counter\'s sales opening & closing.
• To assist in tournament or events setup when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification;
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Possess excellent interpersonal and organization skills;
• Able to work independently and as part of team;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to ensure the operational smoothness and efficiency.
