3. Liaise with Purchasers and Banker to Facilitate the Smooth Execution of SPAs, Loan Agreements, and Other Related Documentation:

-Ensure communication flows smoothly between all parties involved (purchasers, lawyers, banks) to get the necessary signatures and approvals for agreements.

4. Coordinate with Financiers on Loan Disbursements, Progress Payments, and Manage Agent-Related Activities Such as Bookings and Commission Trading:

-Loan Disbursements:

Work with financial institutions to ensure loan funds are disbursed on time.

-Progress Payments:

Manage payments related to the construction or development stages.

-Agent-Related Activities:

Ensure real estate agents are properly booked and their commissions are tracked and processed.

5. Monitor Collections, Resolve Debtor Issues, and Take Necessary Actions Such as Issuing Reminders or Termination Notices; Maintain Accurate Records in Property Software Systems:

- Follow up on any outstanding collections, resolving issues with debtors where possible.-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payments and transactions in the relevant software systems.

6. Prepare Necessary Sales Report and SPA Status Report to Management:
