At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be added advantage.
Comfortable with communication and face to face with customer.
MANDARIN speaker will be added advantage for liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
MUST be able to work on shift duties, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Applicants must be willing to work in KUALA LUMPUR - KL ECO City.

Responsibilities

Follow up called on enquiries.
To assist in attend customer and close sales/follow up on sales, provide before and after sales services.
Maintain good relationship with customers and handle customers\' requests and enquiries.
Responsible for customers\' enquiry, to ensure customer request, feedback & complaints are logged and resolved on time.
Participate on behalf of the company in event or workshop.
To undertake any task or assignment as may be assigned to you by your immediate superior or management from time-to- time.
Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales target.
Perform marketing research and marketing analysis.
Prepare report such as monthly sales report, activities report, work progress report and relevant reports or documentation that required by Management.
