Hiring: Sales Representative
Fetta Auto Part Industries (M) Sdn Bhd Location: Bukit Rambai, Melaka (Headquarters) Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Basic Salary + Allowances + Commission
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma in Marketing/Business is an advantage).
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or marketing (automotive industry preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an added advantage.
Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently (East Coast region).
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and 5S is an advantage.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop and follow up with clients to promote company products and services.
Manage sales markets in Kelantan, Terengganu, and Pahang.
Frequently travel to meet clients and expand business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Provide after-sales service and customer support.
Handle customer complaints and assist QA with quality feedback.
Prepare sales performance reports and market updates.
Gather market and competitor information; propose new product ideas.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination.
