The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

• Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of sales experience in the food industry, preferably in dried fruits and nuts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RM software.

Tanggungjawab

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve targets and increase market share.
• Identify and prospect new customers in target markets, including food retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication and visits.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with customers.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and finance, to ensure timely delivery and payment of products.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
