Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
1-3 years of experience in general trade sales (preferably in FMCG or biscuit/snack industry).
Must have experience using Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools for order-taking, route planning, and reporting.
Proficient in using mobile apps and basic MS Excel.
Possess own transport and valid driving license.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Sales & Coverage
Achieve monthly sales volume, value, and outlet coverage targets.
Visit assigned outlets according to the daily route plan via SFA tool.
Generate and follow up on sales orders using the company's SFA system.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and shop owners.
Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Merchandising & Visibility
Ensure accurate product placement, price tagging, and promotional displays.
Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation for freshness.
Maximize visibility and product facings in-store.
Market Execution
Execute trade promotions as per instructions.
Ensure all promotional and POS materials are correctly displayed.
Reporting & Feedback
Submit real-time daily sales reports via the SFA platform.
Collect and report competitor insights and market intelligence.
