• Candidate must possess at least a Professional SPM/ Higher / Graduate Diploma.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.

• Branch assistant for cash management and stock receive (prefer M for restocking and lifting boxes)
• Serve walk-in customers.
• Handles and receives orders and packing from Lazada, Shopee, and Onlines Order.
• Handle take Onlines orders and Pack online orders (Website/Lazada/Shopee/FB).
• Handle and Attend Dropship inquiries and orders.
• Handles customer service to receive orders and replies to chat from customers.
• Receive outlets orders and arrange for delivery.
• Cooperate with an Online team.
• Take care of stock in Ipoh and do stock count in Ipoh.
