Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Promotion:

Promote and sell assigned medical devices/products to hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare professionals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through account development and new customer acquisition. Conduct product presentations, workshops, and in-service training.
Operating Theater Case Support:

Attend surgical procedures to provide technical support to surgeons and operating room staff. Ensure proper use of medical devices and troubleshoot any issues during live procedures. Act as a product expert and clinical resource in the OT.
Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, procurement, and other stakeholders. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Gather feedback and insights from the field to support product development and marketing strategy.
Administrative & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and case reports. Submit timely reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

Background in physiotherapy or related healthcare field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
