Job Description

Location: Perak

Basic: RM3500 - RM4000 + Allowances + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new sales leads in industrial sectors (fertilizer, sugar, agriculture, manufacturing, recycling, logistics).

Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.

Visit customers (factory visits, procurement teams, store managers) to identify opportunities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Directly reporting to director to coordinate orders and delivery.

Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.

Prepare weekly sales reports and market feedback.

Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Build strong understanding of company products: jumbo bags, woven bags, packaging solutions.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales (preferred industrial/B2B environment). Fresh gradiate encourage to apply

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Able to travel for client visits (Car allowance, Phone allowance is provided).

Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantoneseis an added advantage).

High sense of responsibility, self-discipline, and initiative.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Basic computer skills (WhatsApp Business, Excel, quotation prep).
