Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION



1) Priority for new market exploration by opening new accounts based on target set by company.

2) Implement action plans (e.g. make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories

3) Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups and in-store merchandising

4) Track self progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. Prioritize and review daily sales activities performed

5) Sell and execute all authorised products and promotional activities.

6) Ensure correct shelf price and merchandising are implemented.

Requirements:



1) Experience in FMCG / retail industry is preferable.

2) Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply as training will be provided. Able to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage as will need to communicated with Chinese speaking customers.

3) Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia & local dialects.

4) Possess driving license and own transport. Self-discipline & willing to travel.

5) Ability to multi-task, prioritizes and manages time effectively.

Salary Package: Basic + Car Allowance + Petrol Card + Company Phone + Incentive



Working Hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
