What We're Looking For:

Experience in

Customer Service or Customer Success

Strong communication skills in

English, Mandarin, and Bahasa.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Excellent

time management & organisational skills

Confident, proactive, and able to take initiative Comfortable working independently, outside the office
