Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales and Customer Engagement Executive

to join our team. This role involves driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement. Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance products/services. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

Collaboration & Reporting:



Work closely with product teams and marketing to align sales strategies with company objectives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress. Generate sales reports and provide insights for business development strategies.

Key Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, Marketing or equivalent. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Strong English is preferred & Bahasa. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive and goal-oriented mindset. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Monday - Friday (9.00 am - 6.00 pm)
