Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Promotion:

o

Promote and sell assigned medical devices/products to hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.

o

Conduct product presentations, workshops, and in-service training.

o

Operating Theater Case Support:

o

Attend surgical procedures to provide technical support to surgeons and operating room staff.

o

Ensure proper use of medical devices and troubleshoot any issues during live procedures.

o

Act as a product expert and clinical resource in the OT.

Account Management:

o

Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, procurement, and other stakeholders.

o

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

o

Gather feedback and insights from the field to support product development and marketing strategy.

Administrative & Reporting:

o

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and case reports.

o

Submit timely reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

Background in bachelor or related healthcare field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
