To monitor and feedback competitor activities that will impact sales and market share. Prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects. Accountable to lead, manage and guide the sales merchandiser and including the trade and report audit to ensure all the submission not fake report. Ensure the Sales Merchandiser updates their daily report and phone in time as per company SOP. Accountable on the monthly payment collection. Accountable for the monthly promotion planning and submitted the Promotion Proposal Form in 60 days in advance to get approval from the Sales & Marketing Manager. Tanggungjawab Open new potentials account. Achieve sales. New Product listing. Promotion & spending planning for LKA customer. Solve dispute. Payment collection. Minimize goods return. Provide guidance & coaching to Merchandiser. Monitoring all the merchandiser daily routine works (chop sign daily report, photo, promotion setup, FIFO & etc.) Weekly sales report submission on every Monday.
