Key Responsibilities: 
\xe2\x80\xa2	To develop strong dealer channel base for sales on range of existing products (Spare Parts, Tyres, Lubricants, Battery, Car Accessories etc) in assigned territory. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	To maintain strong relationship with customers, advise them regarding company new products, pricing and promotion. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Provide excellent after sales services to the customers. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Able to achieve monthly sales target. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Able to track and monitor dealer performance, analysis results and recommend solutions and improvement. 
 
Job Requirements: 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Minimum SPM qualification. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	At least one year of sales working experiences in the automation spare part/ Lubricant industry. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Hard working, self-motivated, results oriented and honest. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Candidate must possess driving license and own car. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Required language(s): Mandarin as you need
