Maintaining Existing Accounts. Visiting potential customers to maintain relationship, evaluate needs or promote products.
Conducting Market Research. Collect and studies information about customers, sales trend and products to develop future plans.
Reporting and Forecasting. Generating sales reports and forecasts to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to management.
Maintaining Sales Records
Managing Accounts Receivable.
Collect and deal with inquiries, complaints and feedback from customers.
Collaborating with Other Departments.
Take responsibility for the business in Modern trade channels for both local & international chains.
Plan, execute and monitor marketing activities and campaigns to increase local and international sales revenue.
Monitor competitors\' activities/products and produce competition reports based on merchandising data. Recommend practical actions to counter competition.
Job requirement
2-3 years of relevant work experience in B2B, F&B sales and/or corporate sales
Commercial background in FMCG food service industry
Strong business acumen sense and industry expertise (preferably in halal food industry)
Fluent in English, Mandarin and other dialects would be a bonus as you will liaising with foreign customer on a regular basis.
Willing to travel and possess own transportation with driver license and willing to work outside area.
Excellent skills in negotiating, presenting, client relationship with a high level of confidence and motivation.
