The primary objective of the Sales Representative- Recon is to ensure attainment of sales objectives by providing excellent service and advice to current customers within an assigned hospitals / clinics / surgeons, whilst also leveraging new and existing business with the aim of growing market share.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
\xe2\x80\xa2 Provide account management and maintain good rapport with customers to ensure attainment of sales objectives
\xe2\x80\xa2 Build and establish relationships with key decision markers to grow sales and market share \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with Sales & Marketing Manager to identify business growth opportunities; develop/execute sales plans
Assist surgeons and nurses in the use of instruments and products in surgeries
Work with Operations/Distributors to ensure the delivery of complete instrument and implant to customer/operating theatre
Conduct product training/workshops
Actively participate in product training/workshops to enhance product knowledge and surgical techniques
Study relevant clinical articles/information to enhance knowledge and provide relevant advice to internal/external customers This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions".

Education/Experience Requirements
\xe2\x80\xa2 Degree or Diploma in Life Science/Science
Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales to hospital
Experience in scrubbing / clinical support in an operating theatre environment is preferred
