Job Description

1. Sales Planning:

Develops and implements effective sales strategies to maximize return on investment within the assigned territory or market segment.

2. Customer Communication:

Establishes, develops, and maintains strong business relationships with customers to drive growth and ensure satisfaction.

3. Trade Excellence:

Ensures all GE trade setups are completed on time -- at least three days before the promotion start date -- to achieve flawless execution.

4. Competitive Intelligence:

Monitors market trends by collecting and analyzing data on competitor pricing, product launches, promotional activities, and market share movements.

5. Stock Management:

Ensures optimal stock levels on the selling floor, preventing out-of-stock (OOS) situations, and oversees efficient re-ordering processes.

6. Merchandising Compliance:

Ensures all merchandisers are fully trained and compliant with the latest merchandising guidelines to maintain brand standards.

7. Recruitment and Training:

Recruits, trains, and motivates merchandisers and promoters to achieve performance excellence and deliver business objectives.

To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of working experience. Experience in FMCG would be added advantage. Required language(s): English, Malay and Mandarin. Independent and reliable. Willing to travel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
