Requirements

Language(s) required: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate must possess at least SPM. Proven sales experience, preferably in food or wholesale industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings. Working hours : 8am - 5pm.

Responsibility

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wholesale food sector. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance indicators. Provide customers with product knowledge and updates on new products, promotions, and pricing. Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales activities and customer feedback. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to products, orders, and billing.
