Job Description
POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
s:
- Actively prospect and secure orders from farmers, garden centres, nurseries, agro shops, and northern distributors.
- Promote our range of organic fertilizers, Trichoderma-based supplements, bio insecticides, and potting soils.
- Manage a local storage facility and oversee inventory levels to ensure prompt fulfillment of orders.
- Maintain strong rapport with existing clients while identifying new growth opportunities in the Northern territory.
- Submit weekly activity reports to the HOD in Johor Bahru regarding sales leads, market trends, and collections.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings at our HQ in Singapore to review targets and align on marketing efforts.
- Must own a reliable pick-up truck for goods delivery and site visits
- Find own warehouse to store the deliveries - all the cost will be under the company
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in agriculture field
- Any educational level is acceptable as long as have sales experience in agriculture sector
- Open race / Open gender but male will be suitable
