About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

Sales Representative

to join our training division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our training programs (both public and in-house), and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to meet clients in person.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and source potential participants for public and in-house training programs. Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and stay updated on current training trends. Prospect, present, negotiate, and close deals with corporate clients and individual participants. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program delivery and client satisfaction. Attend meetings, networking events, and client visits as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the

training or education industry

. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct market analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be willing and able to meet clients physically. Possess own transport and valid driving license (preferred).
