Key Responsibilities
Source and secure participants for
public and in-house training
programs.
Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with corporate clients.
Gather market insights and perform sales analysis related to training demand.
Conduct client visits and face-to-face engagements to strengthen business relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets by driving registration and account expansion.
Requirements
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident and proactive with a passion for sales.
Able to travel within Sibu and surrounding regions.
Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English proficiency preferred.
Corporate sales or training industry experience is an added advantage.
Must be comfortable meeting clients physically.
