We're looking for a dynamic

Sales Representative

to help us grow the game of pickleball and drive sales across the Malaysian market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




Sales & Negotiation Skills




Drive end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, and closing deals. Apply effective negotiation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for both the company and customers. Upsell and cross-sell products based on client needs.

Communication Skills




Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals to potential partners. Communicate clearly and confidently to address client inquiries and resolve objections. Prepare sales materials and reports with professionalism.

Client Management




Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, distributors, and retail partners. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Proactively identify opportunities to expand customer engagement.

Reporting & Analysis




Maintain accurate CRM records of sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Submit regular sales reports against KPIs (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Share market insights with internal teams (marketing, product development, operations).

Collaboration




Work closely with the marketing team to align promotions and sales campaigns. Partner with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Provide product feedback to development teams based on customer input.



REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Few years experience as a Sales representative or in a similar role in sports or retail. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good communication skills in Mandarin. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia is required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Goal-oriented, resilient, and driven by results. Passionate about pickleball and sport.
