Proven 1-2 years experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the flooring or building materials for interior design and renovation industry.
Can speak in English & Mandarin.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel out of the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Dealer Engagement: Independently identify and target potential dealers within your assigned territory. Utilize networking, cold calling, door to door approach, and market research to generate new business opportunities and secure new dealer accounts.
Sales and Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers. Understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our products and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and requirements.
KPI Oriented: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as needed.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, processing orders, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
