Job Title: Sales & Retail Marketing Admin



Location: Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya



Job Overview:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting sales operations, managing records, and ensuring smooth communication across staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform advanced tasks in Microsoft Excel; candidates will be required to complete an Excel proficiency test. Provide comprehensive sales support, including; drafting correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings or demo loan units and managing communication channels (phone calls, emails) related to performance and programs. Maintain and organize filing systems, including data entry, consolidation, updating, and ensuring proper retention, protection, and disposal of records. Handle record-keeping tasks such as program letters, program attainment updates, and sales updates. Assist with POE preparation and track consolidation progress. Process invoices and support general administrative functions.

Requirements:



Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (testing required). Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in administration or sales support is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
